Billing and credit

Each Team has its own credit balance and bill. There is no free hosted usage: Fungi-funded work needs credit from an invite code, a purchase or Pro. The Team owner manages payment from Your Teams → Billing. Other members can see the Team’s billing status but cannot buy credit or change its plan.

Add credit or start Pro

On Billing, the owner can enter an amount of $5 or more under Add USD credit and choose Continue to Stripe. Purchased credit does not expire. Alternatively, choose Upgrade to Pro to pay $8 per member seat per month. Each full paid seat-month includes $8 of usage credit. Seats follow Team membership; added seats become active after payment. Removing a seat ends it immediately without a refund. The owner can manage the saved payment method, auto-refill and subscription from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Returning from Stripe is not itself payment confirmation. Billing shows when Checkout is pending, when payment is confirmed but credit or seats are still syncing, and when fulfillment is complete. Wait for Credit purchase confirmed or Subscription confirmed, then check Available now. If Checkout status cannot be checked, use Retry Checkout status; do not assume the Team has credit yet.

How usage spends credit

Fungi-funded model, media, Computer and other metered usage costs the provider price plus 15%. Usage spends included Pro credit first, then purchased credit. Unused included credit expires at the end of its paid period; purchased credit does not. Available now accounts for credit held by unfinished work. Billing shows balances and transaction history for the Team.

A Team with available credit or an active Pro plan can create Agents and Computers without a count cap, but execution still needs enough available credit for metered work. If creation says Add credit to this Team in Billing, check the Team’s balance or plan there. Other practical limits, including concurrent Computer work, still apply.

Your own model key

With your own model key, model requests go to that provider and do not spend Team credit; your provider may bill you separately. This does not make hosted Computer time or other Fungi-metered work free, and a key alone does not fund creation of a hosted Agent and Computer. Local CLI runs using your own subscription or key are separate from Team billing.

The Team’s Billing page shows the current prices and available options for that Team. A credit-bearing account invite can add starting credit; it is different from a Team membership invitation.
