Optional ember swarm renderer for Sprite: a breathing ring that performs Agent-written scenes

The Ladle stories are src/ember.stories.tsx. Against the ordinary running root workbench (pnpm workbench:serve), the browser proof captures the idle activities, primitive beats, non-village catalog models and reduced-motion stills at 1440 and 390 CSS pixels. It checks decoded progress, real model responses and WebGL availability, using Playwright’s controlled clock.

TERMINAL
pnpm --dir packages/sprite-swarm run test:swarm
pnpm --dir packages/sprite-swarm run test:swarm --record-transitions

--record-transitions additionally saves viewport WebM recordings of ordinary Play crossing a model beat boundary without cueing the next beat. Recordings include clock-stepped startup; progress observations and clock timestamps go in evidence.json. The default does not record video. Both modes are clock-controlled functional checks, not real-time performance or flicker qualification, visual acceptance, or installed Stage App/command-path proof. Set SPRITE_WORKBENCH_URL for another loopback workbench and SPRITE_SWARM_SHOTS for output; the default output is the ignored root .botanical/sprite-swarm/. On the shared operator host, use the Field Guide’s bounded proof runner.

Run the package tests with:

TERMINAL
pnpm --filter @fungi.computer/sprite-swarm test

The renderer lifetime test runs under jsdom with stand-in graphics, so it needs no WebGL.
