signSeamRequest signs the sender, audience, method, URL and payload digest. verifySeamRequest checks against pinned public keys and awaits one SeamReplayStore, returning the verified key ID only after admission. SeamReplayGuard is its bounded, process-local implementation. SeamReplayRecord carries the nonce and Seam-owned inclusive retention deadline; SeamReplayAdmission closes the admission/refusal vocabulary. unsignedPayload marks a transport-protected stream. Durable receiver binding, storage and secret provisioning remain with the host.
